Congress Venue: As part of the 6th International and 7th National Oncology Nursing Congress, the course programs will take place on November 20, 2024 at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Oncology Education and Research Hospital in Ankara.
The congress itself will be held from November 21-22, 2024, at the İller Bankası Social Facilities in Ankara.

Language of the Congress: The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided during the congress.

Participation Certificate: A participation certificate will be provided to all registered attendees of the congress.

Invitation Letter: An invitation letter will be sent upon request to all registered participants. This letter is intended solely to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.

Abstract Evaluation: Abstracts will be evaluated by independent reviewers, with the authors’ names, surnames, and institutions kept confidential. Acceptance or rejection of abstracts, and any requests for revisions, will be based on the results of the independent reviewer’s report.

Awards: The top 3 oral and 3 poster presentations will be awarded a “6th International and 7th National Oncology Nursing Congress Oral/Poster Presentation First/Second/Third Prize Certificate.”
